When the temperature outside is 55 degrees F or below, the apartment heat requirements are: 70 degrees F between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and 64 degrees between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Contact the Environmental Complaint Line at 513-564-1750. A sanitarian will go to the apartment to confirm the report and will contact the landlord to remedy the problem.
